Water Extraction 

• Remove standing water (extractors, pumps, vacuums)
• Open up wet materials as needed – baseboards, drywall, carpeting
• Flooring may have been affected by water damage, such as vinyl tile which must be removed

Air Movement + Dehumidification

• Dehumidifier = removes moisture
• Placed commercial dehumidifier (AlorAir) centrally
• Add air movers (fans) to create airflow across wet surfaces
• Turn liquid water → vapor → remove via dehumidifier
• AlorAir LGR units can handle large moisture loads quickly

Air Scrubbing

• Air scrubber = cleans air & prevents contamination spread
• We run high quality HEPA air scrubbers
• Removes mold spores + bacteria
• Captures dust from demolition
• Improves indoor air safety
